For example, we assist service user who need help to recover from an operation and we extend our services to be companions as well as family on a more sustained basis.
Mcare24 provide’s professional caring services to carers who look after family and friends. We aim to provide a much needed break so that family can take the time off to unwind and relax knowing that their loved ones are in the best possible hands.
Mcare24 provide a range of practical support to our older and young service users, assisting with everyday activities such as personal care, meal preparation, shopping and managing correspondence. As well as giving them the support they need to engage in social activities, which can become more difficult with age or disability.
In addition to general elderly care in the community we can offer specialised care for those Supported living with dementia, Parkinsons disease, learning difficulties, mental health conditions, personal care, sensory impairment, care for adults under 65 and over 65 and other age-related health conditions. Our care workers can also administer medication and help service users to manage their treatment regimes. All our support workers complete the nationally recognised ‘Common Induction Standards called The new Care Certificate. In addition to this Mcare24 has a range of training programmes for specific conditions to deliver High quality standard.
